I’m passionate about helping individuals build resilience, increase self‑awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies using strengths‑based and trauma‑informed approaches. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges in a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who is deeply passionate about supporting others in healing, growing, and rediscovering their inner strength. I use collaborative, evidence‑based approaches like cognitive‑behavioral, client‑centered, and dialectical strategies to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and low self‑esteem in a warm, empowering, and supportive space.
I’m passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially BIPOC communities, and committed to creating a warm, safe, and authentic therapeutic relationship. I use a holistic approach—integrating cognitive‑behavioral, psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness, and strength‑based techniques—to support teens, young adults, and adults with mood disorders, relationship challenges, trauma, self‑esteem concerns, neurodiversity support, and school‑related stress.

I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a focus on helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, manage emotional ups and downs, and build healthy coping strategies that support everyday life. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges, as well as high-functioning adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by the demands and responsibilities of everyday life.
I work with individuals and couples to strengthen relationships, build emotional insight, and navigate life transitions by blending relational, trauma‑informed, and wellness‑focused approaches. I specialize in supporting clients facing anxiety, low self‑esteem, grief, trauma, and relational conflict, especially in couples work where communication, connection, and emotional intimacy are key.

Dan Taylor, LGPC
I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who creates a judgment‑free space where you and I explore the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be holding you back from becoming your best self. I focus on understanding how you think about yourself and your relationships, integrating holistic approaches that consider your emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual well‑being to support your growth and healing.

Yulia Kriskovets, LGPC
I am a therapist who trusts in your innate capacity for healing. Informed by my own journey and expertise in EMDR, IFS, and the Gottman Method, I provide a compassionate space for individuals and couples. My approach integrates twelve years of Feldenkrais somatic practice and Waldorf teaching experience to help you find grounded connection between mind and body.
