Guidance from a Licensed Professional – The group is led by Tamia Barnes Tomasek, LCPC, an experienced therapist specializing in stress, trauma, and career transitions. Tamia spent 12 years working within the federal government treating combat trauma and military sexual trauma at the Department of Veterans Affairs before transitioning to private practice in 2016.
Confidential & Judgment-Free – A supportive space focused on encouragement and shared understanding, not political debate.
